This is a fantastic read. I've struggled with my faith over the years in regards to technology and how to relate the Bible in the face of our drastically changing times. This book provided me with many answers but also got me thinking, which I think is the sign of a good book. The writer and I come from slightly different standpoints when it comes to matters of faith but I found that with this book, it didn't matter. Truth is truth. He explains things in modern English which made for a pleasurable read and most definately I blew the dust off of my old Bible, so to speak, and really got into checking his facts and I found that they were there...all of them. I find that it's far too easy to over-simplify details in the Bible by saying, "Oh that doesn't apply, that's outdated." This book opened my eyes to the dangers of such thinking. Great book. I liked it so much that I got a copy for my Mother and she read it cover to cover in one sitting.

Thank you, J. Edward, for writing a book that helped me put into words that which I believe! This book will make you think... it will make you reflect... it will give you words to use in conversations with non-believers and believers alike. You'll have moments where you will want to call people you've had conversations with in the past and say, "THIS is what I was trying to say! READ THIS BOOK!" This book reads like a thought-provoking conversation with a good friend. I highly recommend it!

This was a very good book. I recommend it for both Believers and Non-Believers alike. It’s a sincere, non-dogmatic appeal, in an easy to read book for anyone yearning to find internal peace in our times. I also found it to be a quite astute and insightful 'read' for such a short book. A clear and well-reasoned discussion for our times. The author’s logical approach to his assertions are clearly presented from a scriptural basis and supported with relevant statistical facts. I also liked how the book was organized, ending with an appropriate measure of food-for thought. Overall it reinforced what I already believe as “Truth” and further confirming the principles and precepts I choose to live by. Give it a read; I think you’ll be encouraged by it!

I just finished reading Time, Technology, Tolerance, and Truth and can think of several people in my life that I would like to share it with. Whole books have been written on each of the subjects covered, but the author has boiled them down and tied them together in an interesting, thought-provoking, and practical way. It is written from one layperson to another, easy to read.

Mr. Edward makes some good arguments for why, though the world is changing at an ever increasing pace, humanity is the same at it was in biblical times. The author is heartfelt in his plea for the reader to be brave and keep searching for truth. This is the perfect book for the confusing world we live in today.

Comprehensive in scope, but written by a regular guy for regular guys, this book contrasts alternative world-views. Our world-view drives our everyday decisions, so it's important! This book taught me a lot and challenged my thinking in an enjoyable way. Highly recommended!

Great Read!!Sat down and read it in just a couple hours. Really brings things into perspective of how today’s society is so reliant on technology to communicate that something written only months ago would seem outdated much less the teachings of the bible from 3,400 years ago. Great job bringing home a message without overpowering with personal beliefs. This book will make you think as well as make you take a good long look at yourself.

Seldom do I give 5 stars, but this book earns it. Difficult questions are faced head on with truth and practical answers. Not only will you be able to find answers yourself, but will be able to express to others why you believe what you do.

Very well written book. The author does an excellent job of explaining how what was written over 2000 years ago still apply today. I highly recommend this book.

I would like to start by saying I rarely read books so this being a relatively short book it caught my eye. The author does a great job of illustrating his points in a clear concise way. I tend to think of things in a technical mechanical way, which doesn’t always work in favor of spiritual seeking. J. Edward really played on my technician’s mind with many of his comparisons of the bible to our lives throughout history. I would sincerely recommend this book to anyone looking for solid evidence that the bible is a factual writing and not just a story book.

This truly is an inspirational book. J. Edward tells us many things and quotes many facts that really convince me of the validity of the bible. The Time vs. Technology are right on! The bible remains true. What’s in it does not change. After reading his book I believe you will agree that the bible is the way to our salvation, or at least guide you to investigate it further and I pray that you do. J. Edward writes about so many facts that substantiates that the bible is true. Be brave, read this book and make your own decision.

I really enjoyed reading this book. I like the straight forward approach of the comparisons of THEN and NOW and how he shows that no matter what new things might have entered our lives the basic teachings of the bible have remained just as pertinent today as it was when written. I purchased my book and then a second copy to give to a friend
